Shipping Policies
We are open Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm MST. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Any factor's that effect UPS or USPS such as holidays, weather and busy shipping seasons such as Christmas are things we do not have control over.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations such as batteries.
Returns Policies
All unopened products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund with no questions asked. All opened or used products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund less a 15% restocking fee. Any shipping fees for returns will be the responsibility of the customer as well.
